What a dissolvable supplement strip is
A HELIX strip is a pre-portioned, dissolvable thin film that carries a defined amount of an active ingredient within a solid film base. Instead of a capsule to swallow or a powder to mix, the ingredient is cast into a flexible film that dissolves on the tongue.

How a dissolvable strip is made

Formulation
Each active ingredient is blended into a film-forming base. The blend determines how the finished film casts and holds together.

Casting
The formulation is cast as a continuous sheet to a controlled target thickness, which keeps the film consistent across the sheet.

Drying
The cast sheet is dried under controlled conditions until it reaches a stable, flexible solid film.

Cutting and sealing
The dried sheet is cut into individual strips, and each strip is sealed into its own protective sachet.
