A plain-language look at NAD+ and Glutathione as nutrients, and how HELIX casts them into a dissolvable strip format.

Educational reference material on our ingredients and the oral dissolvable strip format. Nothing here is medical advice or a claim of effect.

What's in a HELIX strip

Each HELIX strip is formulated with either NAD+ or Glutathione at 100 mg, with 30 strips per package. See the product's Supplement Facts label for full ingredient details.

What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in the body. It plays a role in how cells convert the food we eat into usable energy.

What is glutathione?

Glutathione is an antioxidant compound made naturally in the body from three amino acids. It is one of many antioxidants that support the body's normal processes.

Why a dissolvable strip?

HELIX casts each formula into a thin film that dissolves on the tongue, so there's nothing to mix, measure or swallow — just open the sachet and go.

A note on these ingredients

NAD+ and glutathione are naturally occurring compounds the body already produces and uses. HELIX strips are formulated to deliver these ingredients in a simple, dissolvable format; this page is general education and is not a description of any specific health outcome.
