HELIX supplements come as an oral dissolvable strip — a thin, individually sealed strip you place in your mouth, where it dissolves.

What the strip is
An oral dissolvable strip is a thin, flexible film that carries a fixed amount of an ingredient. Each HELIX strip is formulated at 100 mg, and each package contains 30 strips.
The format is designed to be simple to use: no water, no measuring, no swallowing a capsule.

Using a strip
