Affiliate Program Terms
The terms that govern participation in the HELIX affiliate program. Please read them before applying.
Enrollment and approval
To join the HELIX affiliate program you must submit an application through our affiliate platform, UpPromote. All applications are reviewed, and approval is at our discretion. We may decline or remove affiliates whose content, audience or promotional methods are not a good fit for the brand.
Affiliate links and coupon codes
Approved affiliates receive a personal referral link and may receive a coupon code. Orders are credited to you when customers purchase through your link or use your code at checkout, as tracked by UpPromote. You may not modify, mask or misrepresent your link, or use it in a way that interferes with accurate tracking.
Commission and payouts
Commission is earned on qualifying orders as defined in your affiliate dashboard. Your commission rate, qualifying-order rules and payout schedule are shown in UpPromote and confirmed when your application is approved. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or fraudulent do not qualify. Payouts are issued through UpPromote according to its payout schedule and minimums.
Acceptable promotion
You may promote HELIX through your own website, social channels, email list or other channels you control. You may not use paid search ads on our brand name or close variants, send spam, use cookie-stuffing or other manipulative tracking, or make false or misleading statements about HELIX products.
Product claims
HELIX products are dietary supplements. In your promotion you may only use structure/function language consistent with our own product pages. You may not claim or imply that any HELIX product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and you may not make medical claims of any kind. Content that violates this section is grounds for immediate removal from the program.
Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with HELIX wherever you share your link or code, in accordance with FTC guidelines and any other applicable advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
Program changes and termination
We may update program terms, commission rates or these terms at any time, with changes posted on this page or communicated through UpPromote. Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or remove affiliates who violate these terms, and commissions earned through prohibited methods may be voided.
Source of truth
Affiliate accounts, approvals, links, coupon codes, referrals, commissions and payouts are managed in UpPromote. The records in your UpPromote dashboard govern in the event of any discrepancy with this summary.
